Most of the indians if they have something good in them, are satisfied with it, rather than going for other things which they don't have.
If a person has good face they will be busy with makeup the entire day. They are so obsessed with it, that, they don't realise they have an entire body to take care of.
They may have say tummy, but they ignore it, may be they don't want to see -ve in them.
or may be they are very much satisfied with the good in them.
this puts a break on their development - in entire.
same thing is true for the whole country ( generalisation).
Satisfaction is required to be happy but dissatisfaction keeps one going.
this is the reason Indians are happy even if they don't have something, because they are happy with whatever they have. but at the same time they are also left behind when in comes to world progress.
